I’m the Manufacturing Manager at Sycamore and with the help of my team, I look after the manufacturing within the business. My main responsibilities include ensuring deadlines are met and quality maintained along with the general well-being of the shop floor. My day-to-day activities include ensuring all works progress as necessary, quality is maintained, as well as trying to be in touch with my team with their own personal needs. The best part of working at Sycamore is seeing a job leave to a high standard and the pride shown by the workshop to achieve this. Having 3 boys my wife and I are kept busy, between Kickboxing, Football and Rugby. So my spare time is filled by helping the coach run my son’s U15 football team, running the sideline or on a sideline of a pitch watching the game.
