The values of Sycamore Process Engineering have long been embedded in all that we do and are lived by daily.
It is important to us that our values are not just empty words created by the Board or Marketing department but are truly authentic to what is happening on the ground by the people who make us who we are. As we grow, it is vital that these values are still as relevant today as they were when Sycamore started all those years ago.
With that in mind, a full employee survey was carried out to make sure everyone behind Sycamore had their input on what Sycamore stands for and believes in. We are all on a journey and learning is an important part of who we are, both in work and in the personal development of our team members. Passion and having fun were the common threads throughout the survey results, as well as our resilience and ability to see the positives in all we do.
