We’re excited to announce that the latest high-quality manufacture of these Cream and Milk Pasteurisers has entered the final phase! This cutting-edge equipment, consisting of a 33,000 l/hr Milk Pasteuriser and a 3,300 l/hr Cream Pasteuriser, has been expertly crafted and skid mounted in-house, ready for delivery to Crediton Dairy.
Innovative Modular Design for Efficient Installation
Our team has utilised a modular approach to the design and construction of these pasteurisers. This strategy ensures a shorter installation period on-site, minimising disruption to Crediton Dairy’s production facility. By pre-assembling the units, we can guarantee increased quality control, providing Crediton Dairy with two state-of-the-art pasteurisation systems that are second to none.
Ensuring Gentle Product Handling
One of the many key design parameters was gentle product handling. This critical consideration ensures that the high product quality of Crediton Dairy’s widely consumed brands, including Artic Coffee and Pro Mlk, is safeguarded throughout the pasteurisation process. Next Steps: Delivery and Commissioning
With the manufacturing phase complete, the next step of this project is the delivery of the pasteurisers to Crediton Dairy. We anticipate a smooth transition as these units are transported and set up at the site. Planned commissioning is scheduled for later this year, marking the final step in bringing these innovative systems into full operation.
