We’re pleased to announce we have won the contract to supply a new state-of-the-art CIP system at one of the UK’s largest cheese manufacturing facilities in Cornwall.
The business has been commissioned to design, build and install a new Clean-in-Place (CIP) system which will support the cheese giant in its European business.
Once installed and commissioned, the system will give extra production time to produce the award-winning cheese the creamery is world renowned for, time which would have previously been spent on cleaning the plant. Paul Manning, Project Director at Sycamore said: “We’re incredibly excited to be working with such a major player in the cheese and dairy industry. Our CIP system will be custom-built for the site and work will also include modifications and enhancements to the existing CIP units already on site. We can’t wait to get started”.
We are experts at designing and supplying CIP systems that are operated in accordance with specific manufacturer guidelines. The design and specification of any CIP system will ensure effective cleaning of all equipment that forms part of any CIP project scope. If you have any CIP requirements that you would like our experts to look at for you please don’t hesitate to contact us.
